MHT CET Result 2022 Live : Maharashtra CET results today at cetcell.mahacet.org

Cet Cell will both announce results and publish scorecards of MHT CET 2022 today, i.e. September 15.

On MHT CET scorecards, candidates’ personal details, subject-wise marks, total marks, percentile score and other details will be mentioned. 

Based on students’ feedback and review by expert committee, Cet Cell has decided to award full marks for several questions to MHT CET candidates. They can check the notification on cetcell.mahacet.org. 

MHT CET percentile score will be calculated up to 7 decimal places to avoid bunching effect and reduce ties, CET Cell said. 

MHT CET percentile score = (100 x number of students appeared in the session with raw score equal to or less than the candidate)/total number of candidates in that session

MHT CET is one of those entrance exams which is held in multiple shifts for several days. In exams like this, it is possible that a question paper in one particular day or shift may be of higher difficulty level compared to another one. To overcome this and to ensure that a student neither benefit or put at a disadvantage due to the difficulty level of questions, a process of normalisation of marks is used. 

“The process of normalization is an established practice for comparing candidate scores across multi shift papers and is similar to those being adopted in other large educational selection tests conducted in India,” CET Cell says. 

CET Cell may announce MHT CET result for both streams together or on different dates. The result declaration process starts 5 pm onwards.  

As per the result schedule published by CET Cell, MHT CET result for PCB and PCM streams will be announced at September 15, 5 pm onwards. 

After MHT CET result is declared, candidates who qualify in the test can apply for the counselling process. Maharashtra CET counselling will be hosted on mhtcet2022.mahacet.org and the schedule will be published after results. 

In addition to other data, the CET Cell is also expected to announce names of stream-wise toppers in MHT CET along with results. 

Along with Maharashtra CET results, CET Cell is also expected to announce cut-off scores for different categories.

Maharashtra CET Cell is going to declare MHT CET result 2022 today, September 15 on cetcell.mahacet.org. 

PCM group exam date: August 5 to August 11

PCB group exam date: August 12 to August 20

Due to technical Issues, Service Issues, Multiple logouts CET CELL had conducted the Re-examination for few subjects.

Candidates who registered for law, BEd, management, etc. degrees have already received their results, while engineering candidates are still awaiting their results.

Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell was conduced from August 5 till August 20 and the special session for the re-examination was conducted on August 29.

Candidates can check their PCB and PCM result using their log in credentials. 

MHT CET 2022 exams for PCM and PCB group examination was conducted in 25 sessions.

The MHT CET 2022 exams for PCM group commenced from August 5 and were ended on August 11, while the exams for PCB group were conducted from August 12 to August 20.

In addition to holding entrance exams, CET Cell is also responsible for conducting NEET UG counselling for 85% state quota seats of Maharashtra. The process is likely to begin soon. 

While Engineering aspirants wait for result, candidates who have applied for law, BEd, management, etc. courses have already received their results. 

After releasing answer key of MHT CET, CET Cell had asked candidates to raise objections, if any, till September 4. 

MHT CET 2022 for PCM group took place from August 5 to August 11 and for the PCB group, the exam was held from August 12 to August 20, 2022.
