Tata STRIVE is an action of the TCIT. It was launched with the aim of Tata STRIVE started working under the parent head of Tata Trusts in FY 2017-18. It was started working a result of strategy of‘Simplification, synergy and scale’of Tata Group. This move recognises close synergies between Tata STRIVE and broader community interventions of Tata Trusts. This initiative is skilling youth from depressed backgrounds by means of inventions in technology, methodology and pedagogy. Since 2014,6.5 Lakh Individualities have experienced the advantage of Tata STRIVE.
Significance of the Tata STRIVE
Tata STRIVE action is the skill development action by Tata Community Enterprise Trust. It addresses the pressing need of skilling youth in India for entrepreneurship, employment, and community enterprise. The action reaches to communities, acclimatises them with changing work terrain develops chops of people and develops chops of people from financially challenged backgrounds.
